Most Hearthstone tournaments broadcast by inverting the top players cards because the client displays them upside down. Here is an example: http://i.imgur.com/UHmxCbU.png
Is it possible to do this in OBS? I assume they are using window capture. Game capture does not let you set up sub regions.
