Invalid Path Warning is Continuous, Can't Use OBS

I've been getting the Invalid Path . . . warning regularly, but now it happens every time I press the Alt key when trying to perform a Crop on a Display Capture.

What do I need to do?

I looked in some similar posts on this issue, but didn't see where any solutions were offered.
Is there perhaps a standard/pinned help file on this since it seems to not be an uncommon occurrence for others?

Set a stream URL in your Settings

So, even though I'm not trying to live stream, simply setting up a Display Capture with options, I need to set a stream URL?
Which I do not know how to do; not intending to live stream anything for the near term.

If you don't want to stream but to record, make sure you start recording and not start streaming.

Got it. Somehow the Alt key got assigned as the Streaming hotkey.
Seems to be fixed for now.
