Invalid IP Address Problem

This is very strange. Been streaming live to facebook fine for 3 Months. Now I am getting this error message "Failed to connect to server" Address not available. You may have tried to bind to an invalid IP address (see Settings-Advanced). Then I go to Settings and the Network IP address is greyed, not able to be changed etc......

You need to stop all outputs (stream, record, virtual cam, etc) to change most settings.

Thanks for this, but it seems I have done this looking through all the settings. Have you seen this problem recently with other uses?

I got advice to call by IP, they fixed my IP address issue, I am good to go. Now I have choices under the Ethernet IP addresses.
