Question / Help Intuos pro and OBS together mouse stoppped

So it seems the Windows 10 creative update made my mouse freeze and can only use my stylus pen on my intuos tablet when I open the OBS app. even the touch function on my intuos stopped working. Let me know if anyone knows a fix or if its a bug they are working on. Thank you.
