I have the problem where by if I stream for more than 2 hours, my ping goes to 300 and I drop frames on OBS, I've tried everything on this post https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/ yet nothing has worked, I have a 3.1mb upload. what should I do
