Question / Help Internet on PC drops while streaming

Hey everyone, i'm not sure if this is a problem that can be solved here, but might as well give it a go.

Ok, so whenever I am livestreaming (using a 3500 bit rate with 8 upload) after a certain amount of time (usually an hour in) my PC will just lose internet and the stream will of course stop. When I go to troubleshoot, it says "Ethernet cable is not plugged in" and when I restart my PC, it will have a connection again and will crash again after another hour or two in. I know for a fact that this is only my PC having this problem because my PS4 will still have internet when this happens (they share the same powerline adapter). I thought at first that this was a powerline issue, but even being plugged directly into the router, this will still happen. Downloading games from steam or doing anything else will not make my PC lose internet. My LAN driver is updated(I219-v to be specific). I also disabled the power saver settings as well for the ethernet. My motherboard is the MSI Krait Gaming 3x. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
