Question / Help Internet lags heavily after I stop streaming.

I've been streaming Gunz 2 for records, but, after I stream, my internet just stay at a constant 500ms....
I assume it's my internet provider throttling me.
Has anyone noticed a similar issue?
I use the command prompt to find my ms.

Definitely not. This would be expected with Torrents however, as it takes a while for your IP to stop being listed, and the others trying to get that Torrent will bombard your IP even after you stop. But for streaming? That's not normal.

You should take a look at this link: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870 and try the Shaperprobe and see what it says. Do it before and after you stream and see if there's a difference.
