Question / Help Internet lag in street fighter 4

Hi all, have got some problem with Super street fighter 4, i'm on fiber with 5mb upload and for streaming i put the kbit to 2600/720p/Q9/60FPS and when i lunch a stream on ssf4 all my online fight is laggy (but lag internet not pc fps), what is strange for that on xsplit i don't have this problem :-/
So where is the problem ? obs or other think ?

I would really recommend trying CBR, and you can also try the Minimize Network Impact setting in Broadcast Settings.
