Question / Help Internet connection/Bitrate

So.. my download speed is about 15 megabits/s and the upload about 0.88 megabits/s.
Is it even worth to stream?
And what's the bitrate i could use?
My pc is pretty decent, it's not great but it's good.
 
Not really. You might be able to pull off a 240p stream though. 880kbps minus 64kbps for audio, sticking with the 2/3 rule only leaves around 550kbps for the stream. 400 if you're playing an online multiplayer game. You really, really need more upload speed.
