I feed the OBS signal through Zoom but I think my question is not specific to Zoom. In trying to record my OBS sessions (on Zoom ), I want to monitor my speech. I am using a Samson meteor mic with a set of head phones connected to the Samson's monitor jack. I have the Samson set to 'thru' on the MIDI audio setup but yet I get a very distinctive delay along with background noise that I can suppress with filters or krisp.
I can't for the life of me get rid of the noticeable delay. Any suggestions? Maybe there is something simple that I'm missing
