Intermittent shut down persists

I continue to have OBS shut down the second I click start streaming. It was suggested that it could be a conflict with Aitum Multistream. I have used this for a while but about 6 months ago this issue started, I have checked multiple places including Nutt's video where he says that Aitum and OBS are compatible and his first choice for multistreaming. Does this happen if the Aitum plugin is not installed?

You can setup a free Restream.io account to stream to 2 platforms and then connect OBS to Restream. That's built in. No plugin required.

I have not tried this yet. I guess I need to though. I am just confused as it has worked well previously.
