Intermittent reoccurring audio issue

We keep having an intermittent problem with OBS and our DSP. We have everything up and working and then in the middle of our stream we will get what appears to be satic. But it's only the stream side. Symentrix thinks its' with obs because we aren't getting the sound in the building. To clean it up you have to remove the audio source, unplug it, put it back in as a source. Any clue where this could be coming from?

What means "satic"?
What do you mean with "stream side"?
Who is "Symentrix"?
What building? Whats your setup and cabling at all?
What is your audio source?

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
