Hello all!
Trying to figure out why OBS will intermittently alternate between smooth and stuttery game capture.
In this particular instance I've linked, alt+tabbing made the stutter appear.
When the stutter appears naturally, I notice and alt+tabbing usually makes things smooth again.
Happens with and without HAGS, though I *think* having HAGS enabled does make it worse.
While the stutter is happening, OBS also captures torn frames, sometimes with this weird checkerboard pattern (see attached images).
Make it make sense XD I'm fresh out of ideas to try.
It's the actual game capture that's not capturing smoothly.
None of the options in the properties for game capture make any difference.
Log from that stream:

binding to IP as an accident because the OBS menu's interact when scrolling, irrelevant
Linked video, OBS log, and attached images are all from the same stream/recording.
Approx 30s into the linked video is where the issue can be seen.
I shall ask for help in the OBS Discord if we can't figure this out here.
Being able to alt+tab and fix the stutter when it appears makes this a non-urgent issue for me, but certainly an annoyance and something I'd like to understand
