I have 2 USB capture: 1 HDMI and the other is RCA. Both works perfectly but I have some issues. When I try to use one of them, I have to reset OBS a couple times praying that OBS detects the USB capture that I want to use. (Both of them I use to capture consoles: a PS4 and a Xbox classic)...

Hello all! Trying to figure out why OBS will intermittently alternate between smooth and stuttery game capture. In this particular instance I've linked, alt+tabbing made the stutter appear. When the stutter appears naturally, I notice and alt+tabbing usually makes things smooth again...
