Question / Help Intermittent Audio distortion

I am recording Church services. (Streaming isn't working because of internet issues) for posting to YouTube.
About 22 -24 minutes into the service the audio gets a "crackling" sound making the voice unintelligible.
Strange it only lasts for about 60-90 Sec then reverts back to excellent audio.
The Sound source is from the church soundboard. I have checked levels watched for overdriving etc. Noise reduction in the final recording doesn't remove it.
Help with other settings ( Currently 48 kHz) or suggestions on what might be happening. I am trying to attach a clip from the service that shows good audio then bad then back to good. I can't seem to see how to attach this small mp4 to this post.

No output session in log.

Open OBS. Start an output session (streaming or recording). Observe your issue. Stop the output session. Upload the Current log without quitting OBS.

My attachment to my original post is the log file. IT's the clip showing what happens that I can't seem to upload.

@Pastorbob have you managed to resolve the above issue? I'm experiencing a very similar problem, let me share a sample record:

The distortion happened in these periods:
01:32 -> 01:50 (18s)
22:05 -> 22:25 (20s)

I would appreciate any ideas.
