Question / Help Intermittant Major Sound Issues (A squeaking mouse and no other audio)

Majority of videos I record have this sound issue. Like a squeaking mouse or someone fast forwarding a video. Other videos end up recording just fine without changing any settings. I hope someone can help me. I tried searching these forums already but I couldn't find anybody with a similar prolem.

I'm also new to this so if anyone has some recording tips it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help.
