Edit 2: it is happening only in LoL,I tryed far cry 3, wow and they had no scrren flickering/fading problems

The only suggestion I could make is try a different capture method -- I've never seen this happen with league of legends before so I'm quite baffled

All I can suggest really is taking this from the top. So, get rid of all sources and scenes. Then, doublecheck to make sure LoL is indeed running as a borderless window. Then, add just its match window as a source. For starters. As either a Window Capture or a Game Capture. Make sure Aero is enabled if you're going to Window Capture it.

If that works, add another source/scene back in (obviously the next one would be its lobby window, as a Window Capture).

One by one add any additional sources back in and doublecheck the result. You can just use local records (Broadcast Settings > mode:File Output Only) while testing, to avoid people that follow you from seeing you working on solving the problem.

Surprised no one picked up on the fact you're using monitor capture. Switch to game capture and you'll be fine, or double check LoL is in borderless mode (it only flickers when fullscreen).
