Interactive video

Hello to everybody.
I am looking for an open source video editing tool suitable to create interactive videos. That is videos with annotations and quizzes.
Is OBS Studio a tool I can use for this purpose?
If not, any other suggestion for an alternative open source tool for creating interactive quizes?

Can you be more specific with what you mean by "interactive"? Do you mean "clickable", like people will be able to click on something in the video and something would happen? If so, that isn't a video, that's closer to a game.

For example a video that in a specific moment it prompts user to answer to a quiz based on the content he/she has just viewed.

I'm looking for the same thing, I suppose. Main requirement I have is to be able to launch quizzes.

That is more like an application, not a video. You can use OBS to make a video, but not to add interaction associated with the video.

Adding hotspot, quiz and more to your videos is possible using H5P.org... just remember you need a hosting provider to host your videos, for example you can upload your videos to youtube and then use H5.org...
