Hi,

I try to Canon M50 with blackmagic intensity shuttle 3.0 USB. I set hdmi video output signal 1080p on camera. In blackmagic software shows 1080p - 30 Frame but when I try to capture video on OBS there’s only one resolutions 625/50 PAL. when I choose another resolutions only black screen is visible.

Any sugestiom why is it so ?

Thanks for help,

Have you tried the blackmagic software in order to test resolutions ? My canons only work with shuttle USB 3.0 in 59.95 ntsc if I'm not mistaken.

how can I do the test resolutions in blackmagic software ?

I insert an HDMI cable and video on the shuttle USB 3.0, open the software which came with the card, called blackmagic media Express, select edit, preferences, and test with try and error, selecting each resolution on the drop-down menu, until I see the image appear on the screen, on the log and capture tab. In my case it is set to 1080i 59,94 capture file format Avi 8 bit YUV. - use dropped frames timecode marked. This works fine.

Good luck.

Maybe is something wrong with my Canon Camera because it is not possible to send video signal from Camera to intensity shuttle in interlay mode :(
