Question / Help Intensity Pro 4k and OBS

I can't seem to get ANY kind of display via HDMI. I was just using its successor, the original Intensity Pro, and although it surely has its issues.. I was able to capture HDMI with the proper source. I am using 2 pcs to stream.

I've been lead to believe the issues lie in how the intensity pro wants RGB but OBS only offers YUV in video sampling. Is this something that a program like dxtory could solve? I don't have any experience or knowledge with it, just wondering.

I'm going to try to call BlackMagic support in a few hours if I can't resolve it over the forums.

Another major issue (not w/ OBS, but perhaps someone knows a work around?) is that Blackmagic Control Panel (prior to upgrading to the Intensity Pro 4k) no longer lets you select HDMI for the visual input and analog for the audio. My only available options are HDMI for both.. but that's not something I'm able or willing to do. Thoughts, comments, suggestions are all greatly appreciated.

I was using the Elgato HD60 previously, but the sync issues are just something I can no longer be bothered with.

Thank you.

I spoke to support @ Blackmagic Design...
Because I'm able to get video using their Media Express program, they're saying it's not on their end.

So basically, I need someone from OBS to help me with this. By default, the media express only recognizes RGB.

This is probably an issue with Blackmagic's directshow drivers, they have always been incredibly buggy. Try downgrading to an earlier version of desktop video. If it doesn't happen in Media Express then it's likely because it uses their SDK instead of directshow.

To confirm it's not an OBS problem, try getting the device to work in other capture software such as Adobe FMLE.
