Intel Smart Sound USB Audio Windows 11

Hi, has anyone else come across an issue with audio capture with a laptop that has Intel Smart Sound technology installed on it.

Tried multiple capture cards and with all them the pictures come through correctly, tried multiple cables so i know audio problem isnt related to hardware externally. Wandered if anyone had a work around for this at all? Ive also tried disabling the USB Audio in device manager to no effect.

Thanks

Terry
