Question / Help Intel Quicksync for streaming?

How well would Intel Quicksync work for streaming and what are the best settings for streaming with it?

It works well, quality may be a little worse than x264 but its worth it if you need to free some cpu power. good replacement for x264

profile high
keyframe 2
default async (4)
bitrate same as x264
