Question / Help Intel Quick Sync processor's support.

Hello people! Advise please: my processor on notebook is Intel Pentium B950, does it supports Intel Quick Sync. Can't find it exactly. Official says it's for i3/i5/i7 but someone said if processor supports Sandy Bridge it can support IQS.
