Bug Report Intel Quick Sync option greyed out in OBS

Hello people! Throwing yet another problem at you: I've enabled the iGPU on my i7 2600k, but the option for Intel Quick Sync in OBS is greyed out.. I've tried to use NVIDIA control panel, and force the iGPU on the OBS software, but that option wasn't available. Out of ideas on this end. Your help is greatly appreciated, as always!

Are you using windows 8? I think there are new intel drivers available that fix that issue, though I can't quite remember. I can't use quicksync myself so someone else may have to fill in the blanks
