Intel QSV broken (MFX_ERR_UNSUPPORTED)

As I already wrote the issue in the OBS github bug tracker, I'm just posting a link to it: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/issues/5059
I also read the OBS forum before, but most of hints are to try with an older intel gpu driver, unfortunately no matter which version of intel gpu driver I try, QSV won't work.
Is QSV broken due to a bugged intel drivers or is it a bug in OBS itself?
I'm sick of it, as I bought this cpu because of AES and QSV funtionality and I very need QSV working.

Does this forum lacks an edit / remove / close features omg...it reminds me bugzilla bugtracker lol
EDIT: it seems that only the first post (the subject) lacks an edit feature...still I don;t see close/remove feature.

I have got QSV working just right now by step called "EXTENDING DISPLAYS" as described here: https://mirillis.com/intel-quick-sync-setup-action-tutorial
I had it intentionally unextended because I didn't like it extended, because when I was moving the mouse cursor to the right of the screen it dissappears like there were 2 monitors connected, what I don't like, but it seems it's a required step to get QSV working when a discrete GPU is present.
Well, as for now I'm testing QSV HW recording.

Unfortunately we had to restrict the edit time as spambots were posting "legit" posts (probably copy/pasted from somewhere) and coming back and filling them with ads after they fell off the first page.

I don't know what exactly do you mean by it but:
- I had QSV HW selected already as an encoder in OBS all the time, the issue was that it failed because QSV required to set both gpu displays as "extended" to work and initialize properly.
- or maybe u mean to set in UEFI(BIOS) Intel GPU as a primary and NV as a secondary, well maybe one day I wil ltry that, but I think I prefer currenlty NV as a primary.
- or maybe you mean something different? despite QSV HW recording works now, the log stil lsays: "app not on intel GPU, fall back to old qsv encoder" I don't know why it is saying so? Any idea? Do u mean I still vabe to set Intel GPU somehow in OBS?
