Question / Help Intel or AMD for streaming

i noticed that people that are using intel cpu's don't need as high of bitrate as amd users. a streamer i know has a good looking stream at 60 fps with only 2500 bitrate and with my fx 8350 i have to put my bitrate at 4000 to get the same quality. if i set my bitrate to 2500 then my stream becomes pixalated when there is movement in-game. also amd cpu's seem to take more of a performance hit well mine does anyway than intel does. im talking about a 4790k cpu. with my 8350 and streaming a demanding game it seems to struggle to keep 60 fps in game and on intel keeps a solid fps ive attatched my log file

AMD CPU/APUs are inferior to Intel CPUs in the same class... esp. per MHz. You can look at benchmarking sites to see this. One that you can look at (of many such) is http://anandtech.com/bench/CPU/39

Now that said, there are some things you can do to get more performance out of your current setup:
1. Don't use VCE. The quality sucks (like NVidia's NVENC) at streaming bitrates. Instead use x264 at the veryfast preset. (Which I see you switched to later on in your log).
2.Stream/record at 30fps.
3. When streaming, use the correct settings. Your current encoding settings are ban-friendly with the Twitch team. (Profile should be Main, keyint should be 2, cfr enabled, and your bitrate at 2500).
4. Consider lowering your output/downscale resolution to 960x540.
5. Use the latest version of OBS or OBS MP.

Try those changes out and you'll see that things are working better for you.

Yeah I tried that, im a bit of a stickler when it ccomes to the quality of my stream i have this image of how i think my stream should look like or how i want it to look like. which is very high quality with no pixalation i could stand to loose some fps for the stream. i keep seeing on forums and comments from youtube that a lot of people say to turn on CFR, but i turned it off because i found that having it on makes my stream more pixalated. i want my stream to look silky 60 fps smooth

i decided to go with 30fps on my stream that solved everything, i guess 60 fps is a bit too demanding for some games and my system
