Question / Help Intel HD Integrated Graphics Card Support?

My friend has a win7 with an intel graphics card (updated drivers and all). He got this computer only 4 years ago and obs doesn't support the GPU? He has so many things ready such as a video layout, an elgato, and such. Only thing in his way of presenting a nice stream is OBS. When will OBS support older graphics cards?

Never, OBS needs a DirectX10 capable GPU, that's not going to be lowered(which would involve another full rewrite).
4 years is a lot of time, specialy for a Computer. Also, an Elgato is far from ideal, if he got it just for streaming, he should have informed himself better before buying all that stuff.
