Question / Help Intel Hd graphics

Hello i do know that intel Hd graphics sux for streaming .
but until latest update i was able to at least stream myself doing some Stuff on league of legends , streaming also myself on software like sony vegas .
before it was really ok around max 1% fps frame drop now i'm at 60 % (i'm using the OBS 64bits) .
I have a i7 win8 64bits. 8 go ram.
I can't even properly stream just my desktop (60 % framedrop on desktop wtf ) !

still the same just lower now i'm around 30 % .
But like i said before i was able to stream desktop at least and even making moviemaking stuff on after effects or sony vegas and maybe have maximum 1% frame drop not like 30 % (doing nothing on the pc )

If you're talking about frame drops, that's network related. If you are talking about lagged/late frames, that's PC hardware related.

i'm even streaming not in big quality (650 kbps + only 438 p) wih is very low but nothing its like i don't too bug
