Question / Help Intel HD 530 recording Minecraft microlaggs

Normally, I have something like 100 FPS in Minecraft, but when I try to record (default settings) with obs, there are massive microlaggs. It's near impossible to play normally.
Should I change something in the configuration? Has anyone else this problem?
I should also say, that in games like Half life 2, I dont have any laggs.

post a link to your logfile from the help menu of OBS. upload the log that came from your laggy session
