I have very high CPU load and low FPS when streaming games.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670 (non k)
GPU: Intel HD 4600
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600 Mhz

CPU load without streaming (game lock on 85 fps to reduce CPU load, without limit i have over 130 fps) -

CPU load when streaming (only ~50 fps and very laggy) -

Before I had AMD Radeon R9 270 and CPU usage was much lower with slower preset...
I try use "Quick Sync" but CPU load very high as well (about ~70%)
Same situation with another games.

log file here

how fix this?

Is there a reason you have 3 window captures and 5 game captures in that scene? All of those are going to slow things down a LOT unless you uncheck them (they won't initialize then and won't add to the overhead), or have good reason to need that many active at once.

Your settings otherwise look fine, though you're pegging your CPU; probably what's causing the in-game lagginess.

I tried FFsplit / Xsplit / OBS Multiplatform and all the same problem. With "CPU stress test" (100% cpu load) all right and no fps drop.

The only thing that helps a little is turning off preview in OBS, but CPU load still to high.
Even make "Preview Stream" CPU load sometimes go over ~80%... :/

+ Java cpu usage very interesting...

Again, is there a reason you have that many captures? It's going to increase your overhead significantly. Remove or uncheck any that you aren't actively using at the moment.
And yes, Java is extremely inefficient. It's an interpreted language, so you're going to see CPU usage like that, as well as some of the fairly notorious memory problems Minecraft has.

Again, is there a reason you have that many captures? No, but it has no effect at all.

With AMD Radeon R9 270 i don't have any problem with Minecraft (or other game), CPU usage be normal. Sadly R9 270 broken. :/

This problem not only with Minecraft, same thing happen with CS:GO and other games. Is there a possibility stream games with Intel HD 4600 and Intel Core i5-4670?
Without streaming games works beautifully, but when stream or preview started CPU load just blow up.
