Hello,
I am recording a hard drive using OBS on MacOS Monterey (12.7.1) on a late 2014 Mac Mini. Processor is i5.
I have three hard drives that I switch between recording to. When I want to switch hard drives I click "stop recording". Then I change the selected hard drive in OBS by clicking on "settings" > "output" > under the recording section I choose "output" and select the main directory for the hard drive that I want to record to. Then I click "save" and click "start recording" again. For two of these hard drives I get a message that says "insufficient disk space". My drives are formatted ExFAT and have at least 1 TB available. One drive with this issue is WD and the other is SeaGate. I have another SeaGate drive (identical to the first) that operates with no problems.
What's going on here? I've heard that there might be a bug where it actually selects the old path, but if that's the case it should select my other hard drive which also has >1TB of available space. It might be worth mentioning that I previously recorded successfully to these hard drives, and in the meantime I connected them to a Windows computer and deleted files off of them. Could this cause an issue? The Mac Finder window confirms they have the expected space available.
