Question / Help Insufficient Bandwidth

We live stream our Sunday service and have made changes to our OBS settings after receiving RTMP send errors. Our ISP rebooted our modem and put a watch on it.
Today we ran a live stream test and received no 'RTMP send error' BUT we did receive a insufficient bandwidth error. The live stream was the only thing running. I called our ISP and they see no problem showing on the watch report. Our bandwidth is 100 X 10 and our modem is UBEE36C. Any suggestions?

12:10:05.044: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 9954 (88.0%)

You're dropping a huge amount of frames, this unfortunately points to a connection problem despite what your ISP says. It could also be internal issues eg if you're using WiFi. Does your speedtest still show 100 / 10 while you're trying to stream? If so it is likely a routing issue on your ISP's end.
