Question / Help Instructions on how to record using Steams Liv program

Hi I'm trying to make mixed reality videos but can't seem to find instructions to get obs up and running with the Liv program to record what I'm doing. I have a Rift. If anyone can point me in the right direction My husband would not lose anymore hair
