Instantly showing "Starting the output failed" after start streaming

The problem started from July 1st. When I'm trying to start streaming, it shows "If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date". But my gpu is Intel Graphics 4400, and already checked that my drivers are up to date. The log only shows "Stream output type 'rtmp_output' failed to start!" without anything else. How can I deal with it?

17:35:54.794: Encoder ID 'CoreAudio_AAC' not found

You used to use the Apple audio encoder, but then removed iTunes or whatever installed it, so it's no longer available. Reinstall iTunes (desktop version) to get it back.
