did u press start streaming or start recording? -> without streaming service set u wont be able to "start stream"

if 32bit works and 64 dont - do u use MSI Afterburner? if yes update RivaTuner to v7.0.0.0b19 (or latest beta)
also install latest GPU-driver

I don't use afterburner. Sadly my GPU is considered 'legacy' by AMD so it's drivers are quite old. I figured it might be the reason but as long as 32-bit works it's good enough for me!

well u can buy a cheap RX 460 (would be a little upgrade) - these can use AMF Encoder Plugin from Xaymar -> works freakin nice ;)

My PC is about 6 years old so when I finally decide to upgrade I'll probably go all out. For now I'm content with what I got.
Still, thanks for the info about the plugin and all the help!

sry i couldnt help you - maybe other guys can

ps have in mind if u want to use h264 by CPU you will need atleast 6C/12T (or to be futureproof 8C/16T) for modern games
