I need help. I stream for a very long time through the OBS, BUT this time I streamed ONLY with limited frames per second. And now in more detail: I stream with limited FPS, and without it I can not stream with stable FPS, because if I stream without limiting FPS, whether it is recording or stream, FPS will become not only unstable, but will drop slightly if not to zero. Can this be fixed without spending money?
