Long story short decided to stream directly to twitch from obs to see why i was having a delay issue and noticed instantly i was getting dropped frames.

I then went to check the bandwidth test and it shows only 300 ish kbps which is weird. as i have gigabit internet.
I'm able to stream fine to tiktok and youtube with multi stream on streamlabs. but when i introduced twitch into the mix i had huge delays so i wanted to rule out the issue by streaming directly to twitch on obs on its own.

I then loaded the log into the analyzer

Is there something i am missing here? It's a brand new build which i think can handle the loads. After looking at the logs is it the NIC Killer like the analyzer is saying?
