Glad to hear. Now you just need to figure out which source or sources are causing this trouble.
Could be a browser source, could be the webcam...maybe you don't unload/deactivate inactive sources, so all are are using CPU and GPU sources although some might not be active/visible.
Just some general tips for scenes and sources:
- check source options, if you can disable the source automatically when it's not used/shown (for example when switching to another scene), then use this automatic source unload/disable option
- don't use monitor capture for games, always prefer game capture (i think you already follow this rule)
- don't put monitor capture and game capture in the same scene if possible
- use reasonable settings for the webcam (no 1080p needed, when the webcam picture is just using 20% of the whole frame)
I would start by disabling the webcam and see, how much impact it has on GPU and CPU load. You use 1080p Webcam resolution, which might be unnecessary high resolution and cause quite some CPU load and on top of that, there is a chroma key filter, which might add some GPU/CPU load.
I usually set my webcam to 720p or lower, as my recordings are usually 1080p or 720p and my webcam is usually using <20% of the whole frame and only one scene has a big webcam area with ~60% of the canvas size.
