Did you check the requirements in advance and make sure your PC meets the requirements for OBS Studio
Have you checked your Windows Operating System event log to
- make sure OBS Studio installed without error?
- check event log for warnings/errors when trying to open app
- make sure security settings/software not interfering with application
etc .. all basic OS troubleshooting steps
