Installing OBS Studio on Windows 10 PC

I am having trouble finding software that will let me capture Hi8 digital videos from my camcorder. One of the few suggestions is OBS Studio; but I am having trouble installing it. I get to the license agreement and the installation stops with no further prompts. I am running 64bit Windows 10.
Anyone have suggestions for a solution please?

Did you get OBS Studio from this site's Download ?
Did you read the software requirements list, and is your PC compatible? Have enough free disk space, RAM, right video capabilities, etc?
Have you made sure your PC isn't infected with malware?
