Question / Help Installing iOS Camera plug in to Obs throught Chromebook Linux (Help)

I downloaded the IOS camera on my phone but i didn't know that i needed to put the plug in on obs. The thread posted here on the obs website with the links to download is not working. https://github.com/Palakis/obs-ndi/releases/tag/4.9.0

There is an error on: obs-ndi_4.9.0-1_amd64.deb

I can successfully install libndi4_4.5.1-1_amd64.deb but thats it. Anyone could help me install this plug in through linux please? Help
