Bug Report Installer (0.465a) not playing nice

Hi, I'll just drop this here.
So, when I try to install OBS 0.465a to my computer (windows vista 32-bit), it says "OBS installer requires the Windows vista platform update. Would you like to install it now?" When trying to install that update, it can't apply that.
However, what's really weird here is that 0.461a installed itself just fine. Is it some new feature that requires something I can't install?

Could you run the following at a command prompt:

wmic qfe > hotfix.txt

And paste the contents of hotfix.txt here?

Apparently you have no updates at all installed. Very weird. Maybe you or some 'optimizer' program disabled WMI so there are no records of you ever installing the updates.
