Very new user of OBS. Installed the system yesterday and my YouTube channel had sound "Echoes" when I broadcast in OBS. Because of the issue I didn't broadcast my YouTube in OBS... but my LIVE feed tonight STILL had 'Sound Echoes'... I'm dumbfounded... Please help me. I'll REINSTALL OBS if someone can help me with this issue.

Usual cause of echo is capturing the Windows default sound output while also sending monitor output to that device (so monitoring what you're capturing, and capturing what you're monitoring.

A number of ways to address:

1) Turn monitoring for certain devices off in Edit > Advanced Audio Properties
2) Change monitoring device to another device in Settings > Audio
3) Install Voicemeeter Banana to get a 'virtual' audio device to use for monitoring, and then use Voicemeeter to send that device to a hardware output device, bypassing the windows default
3) Removing all audio devices from Settings > Audio and adding only the audio devices you want to capture as separate audio sources in your scene
