Installed Beauty camera from obsworks, but installed Plugin center(C)

I installed obs beauty camera plugin from github, but it also secertly installed one plugin center(C) (screenshot attached) I tried to reinstall obs many times to remove that but every time there is that tab. please advice how to remove it, when clicking on a link a page in chinese language opens

Issues with third party plugins must be consulted with its dev and/or other users in the appropriate place, the Discussion section on the particular plugins' page.
Best way to remove this plugins are to completely remove the plugin and then uninstall OBS and reinstall it. Some plugins keep some files inside %appdata%\obs-studio\ and need to be removed manually.
