Installation successful, but doesn't show up in interface under transitions?

First, I'm an OBS virgin. I have only been using it for about a month, but it's incredible. I found this plugin to help move my sources around the screen (Move Transition), and I've installed it in EVERY conceivable location without having it appear in the 27.2.4 version. I've tried the installer...which adds a second obs-plugins folder inside the main folder, and I've tried to place the individual files within the software installation as per instructions...but it simply will not show up in the "transitions" menu. Is there anything else that I should try before giving up?
