OBS Studio is a compositing tool, letting you combine multiple media sources (video, audio, overlays, photos, etc.. typically locally on your computer) to create a new video and either Record that locally, and/or stream to various services (like YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, etc)
Your typical professional (vs free consumer ones, like listed above) streaming options (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc) do not accept relatively low-quality livestream input from end-users.
If you are thinking about using OBS Studio as a DVR (video recorder), that is the wrong tool for that task (and a DRM violation in some jurisdictions).
