Installation on Windows 11 not possible

Hello to all,
I would like to install OBS-Studio-29.1.3-Full-Installer-x64.exe on my PC with Windows 11. I get this error message:

OBS files are being used by the following applications - CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess - Please close the application to continue setup.

But I cannot terminate the mentioned processes. They are always restarted immediately. What can I do?

I have the exact same problem. CefSharp Browser Subprocess is necessary for chromium web browser enhancement. Hasn't any one else had this problem? Why aren't there any replies to this thread?

Close whatever process is using this subprocess. Probably a web browser addon you installed or was installed without your knowledge and runs on the background.
