Why did you attach a binary file to your post?

At any rate, OBS requires those components to run. If you've installed them both (64 and 32 bit) and OBS still says it needs them, it's because those installations failed. This is a common occurrence on machines that have had problems with failed installation of Windows updates (some updates fail to install, but Windows thinks they have succeeded, and these installations cause the runtime component installations to fail.)

okay, now i have installed obs studio but facing black screen problem. I have done 3d settings in nvidia graphics and still facing the issue, is there anything else that needs to do

If you have recently installed Windows update 1909, you will need to make the necessary changes in Windows display settings:
