When I try to install, it says

What do I do to install this file or allow it to be installed? First time installing btw.

The screen when Previewing Stream is black as well, audio works fine.

You'd need to unblock the install of that file as it's required for game capture to work.

ok! So all I did was delete the entire folder that had all of the OBS installation files in, and when I tried to, the GraphicsCaptureHook64.dll file was already downloaded but open somehow. So I restarted my cp and was able to deleted it, then was able to reinstall perfectly!
