You are using ridiculously high bitrates for everything. Stop it.

Drop the AAC bitrate to 128kbps at MOST.
Be aware that the Twitch ingests will have problems with anything over 3500kbps... and that the most recommended for a non-partnered streamer is 2000kbps maximum.
Set your bitrate to 2000, downscale to 720p, set your framerate to 45fps (for OSU, the higher framerate will be worth it for the added smoothness, compared to the better image fidelity at 30fps; you may try both ways and see which you prefer though). Should stop at least a majority of the complaints (may have to go down to 720@30 at 1500kbps if you still get a lot of people with choppiness).

Short version, again, you are using WAY TOO MUCH bitrate. This will cause your viewers' systems to choke, and result in them getting choppiness/stutter. Probably a complete slideshow, if you're sending at 5000kbps (as you are at the start of that log file).

Also, you will want to STOP using Monitor Capture. It's a last-resort method ONLY under Win7, as it is very, very slow and ridiculously, terribly bad to the point it can actually cause in-game lag and chop. Use a Window Capture or Game Capture instead.

i know about the monitor capture but someone wanted to see what games i got so i showed him my desktop so he could see my games. as for the bitrates thanks for the info ^^. but next time dont type it in a angry fasion pls xD i dont understand these things. so i rely on people like to to explain to me the proper way to stream.

again thanks so much for the info ^^

...angry? Emphasis on the important parts, yes. Perhaps even a bit rebuking for not having used the estimator (which would never recommend a 5000 bitrate), or searched the forum for any of the other stutter/choppiness threads which pop up regularly, and tend to have the same answer each time. But far from angry.
